Primary Responsibilities
· Work cooperatively to recruit and coordinate a locally influential Board of Directors to develop overall strategy to assure funding and fiduciary responsibility
· Manage the planning, and direct the implementation and evaluation, of programs to enhance the management effectiveness of Safe Haven of Hot Springs County including consulting, education, and information and referral
· Provide leadership and management to assure Safe Haven of Hot Springs County is well-respected, self-sufficient, and financially stable
· Represent the organization and its mission to clients, funders, leaders, and the community at large
· Manage the organization’s infrastructure including planning, finances, use of technology, program development and evaluation, and human resources according to current best practices
· Serve as an agency liaison to advocacy and philanthropic organizations, corporations, and governmental agencies
· Organize public relations to lead the agency’s strategy to education in the community, respond to press inquiries, official publications, press releases, and other information
· Organize operations and management to insure the smooth operation of the agency’s staffing, programs, financing, and administration
· Work closely with the Board of Directors to set regular meeting agendas to include programming, financial, statistical, and personnel management reports
Victim Services
· Provide crisis intervention services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking
· Provide intake, peer support, in-person advocacy, and follow-ups to victims
· Assess and evaluate victims’ situations, formulate a plan of action, and take appropriate action
· Maintain files and prepare monthly reports

· Bachelors Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
· Knowledge of domestic violence and sexual assault prevention, community referral services, and advocacy
· 3-5 years’ experience in management of a non-profit or similar organization

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
