Safe Haven of Hot Springs County is seeking a full-time Executive Director.  Safe Haven is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that advocates for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking.  The Executive Director leads and manages the day-to-day operations of Safe Haven.  Responsibilities include working with and reporting to a Board of Directors, supervising/evaluating/motivating employees and volunteers, grant writing and management, maintaining and expanding community relations, ensuring compliance with local/state/federal mandates, and prevention education.  Applicants must have the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
