Job Summary of Essential Job Functions 
The posistion of Service Associate includes, but not limited to the following: 

• Front line of incoming phone calls and walk in traffic. 
• Provide accurate and professional customer service to clients
• Complete accurate deatiled intake forms for the agent and producer 
• Compose accurate journal entries ( all calls and walk ins are journaled) 
• Generate monthly policy reviews lists
• Schedule Policy reviews for agent and producer
• Send appropriate letters out, following meetings or appointments. 
• Prep Policy meeting files
• Handle billing questions, and or issues
