Provide accurate and professional customer service to clientsComplete accurate deatiled intake forms for the agent and producer Compose accurate journal entries ( all calls and walk ins are journaled) Generate monthly policy reviews listsSchedule Policy reviews for agent and producerSend appropriate letters out, following meetings
